By-Law and Enforcement Services - Ticketed for Non-Timed Parking Offences
The City of Brampton has Non-timed parking offences which are all offences excluding:
- Parked in excess of three (3) hours
- Parked between 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Sign – no parking between specific hours
Residents have two options (located on back of ticket):
- Attend POA Court, in person, to set a trial date
- Pay ticket
