By-Law and Enforcement Services - Ticketed For Timed Offence
The City of Brampton has two Timed Offences:

- Parking 2am to 6am
- Parking in excess of three (3) hours
You may obtain an ‘A’ or ‘P’ permit which exempts the vehicle from timed offences.
If you did not have a valid permit at the time the ticket was issued, you have two options (located on back of ticket):

- Attend POA Court, in person to set a trial date
- Pay the ticket
